Vincent Yu于晓光

I’m a real estate professional with nearly two decades of experience in property development, subdivision, and medical real estate. Having lived in Australia for over 25 years as one of the early international students, I’ve witnessed Queensland’s incredible growth and have been proud to contribute to it through my development and healthcare projects.

My real estate journey began in 2006, when I earned my Queensland real estate licence. Since then, I’ve been involved in a wide range of land subdivision projects, boutique developments, and healthcare property investments, combining a strong business foundation with a genuine passion for community wellbeing. My experience bridges property development and healthcare facility planning, allowing me to bring unique insights into medical and wellness real estate, from private clinics to integrated health precincts.

What I value most is exceptional client service - built on trust, transparency, and professionalism. To me, property is not just a family’s biggest investment - it’s where home, life, and memories begin.

Outside of work, I’m blessed with a wonderful family - my beautiful and supportive wife Amanda Mu, our energetic daughter Sophia Yu, and our 14-year-old “fur son” Pidou who is a Poodle. Together, we call Brisbane home, and we believe that a great home is more than walls and a roof - it’s where love and life truly flourish.
