Before transitioning into real estate, Elias built a successful career over more than 10 years in the warehousing and logistics industry. He held various roles across inbound and outbound operations and developed hands-on expertise operating machinery such as forklifts, EPJs, and order pickers. This experience instilled in him a strong work ethic, discipline, and a high level of accountability.

Known for his integrity and self-motivation, Elias brings a “student mentality” to every aspect of his life—constantly seeking opportunities to learn and grow. His approachable nature and commitment to excellence make him a reliable and supportive guide for clients throughout their real estate journey.

Outside of work, Elias enjoys running, gym training, and spending quality time with his partner of 14 years, Georgia, and their two young sons, Marco and Charlie. Grounded, driven, and genuinely people-focused, Elias is dedicated to delivering exceptional service with care and professionalism.
