Carmen comes with a wealth of experience in the Administration, Financial and Customer Services fields. Carmen has shown her commitment to excellence with a tireless work ethic as our Office Manager of our Brookwater and Greater Springfield Office for the past seven years and contributed to smooth operations of the office. She understands building good relationships with both clients and staff results in a positive experience for everyone.

December 2023, Carmen has been appointed Head of Human Resources for our AKG Group and her focus is to prioritise and elevate the level of support provided to our esteemed team members and creating an environment where every staff member feels valued, heard, and receiving high level of support in their professional endeavors.

In her spare time, she loves to read, meditate and chill out listening to 80's music and most of all enjoying quality time with family and friends.
